Go Rio San Antonio River Cruises

Built in 1926, this actually predates the riverwalk, however it is located right next to it. If you are interested in visiting these museums and attractions, then the Museum Reach section of the River Walk is a great way to get here and get around. One of the highlights along the downtown river walk area are all the places to sit, eat, or drink, and watch the world go by. The River Walk now stretches from the San Antonio mission area, through downtown, and up to the major museums in the city. Go beyond the Go Rio San Antonio River Cruise and continue exploring the convenience and value of CityPASS® tickets. The Go Rio cruise has numerous boarding locations along the River Walk. You can hop on the floating shuttle at more than a dozen stops along both sides of the San Antonio River, from as far north as E Grayson Street to just south of W Market Street. There are signs (and schedules) along the River Walk to direct you to the nearest boarding point. It is generally safe to visit the River Walk at night, as there is a strong police presence in the area and it is well lit.
